Nanny’s Notebook is a card deck designed to “package forgotten worlds.” Each card functions as a journal prompt, inviting reflection, memory, and storytelling. The project is inspired by my great-grandmother, whom I called Nanny. After she passed, she left behind a collection of handwritten journals. At every family gathering, we read one entry aloud, keeping her voice and experiences alive. This project transforms that tradition into a tactile, shared space for remembering.
